Sauvignon Blanc - 2004 - Aspire

A fresh, lively and fruity Sauvignon Blanc produced from vineyards in Marlborough and Hawkes Bay. After fermentation the wine was left on light yeast lees for 3 months to add some richness and texture to the wine.

Intense, ripe gooseberry with citrus zest and a suggestion of tropical fruits. A lovely wine to enjoy as a pre-dinner drink or with seafood and salads.

Sauvignon Blanc - 2004 - Gladstone Vineyard

This Sauvignon Blanc has a classical herbaceous aroma, with good fresh and mouthfilling flavours of tropical fruit. These characteristics have made this wine a Gladstone classic over the years. A 'zingy' wine, it has lasting flavours of gooseberries and lime with a lingering finish and good acid balance.

Sauvignon Blanc - 2005 - Rosebank Marlborough

This is a classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with a pale of straw colour and characteristics of intense gooseberry, red currant, citrus and nettly aromas.

The palate is well balanced, full and persistent, with the same fruit flavours and a crisp acidity.

Drink from 2004, will cellar well for up to four years.
